Product Information

 Synthetic composite pulverized coal gasification device is a gasifier that is composed of a circulating fluidized bed, a pulse conveying bed and an entrained bed. After the raw coal is crushed, the pulverized coal ≤ 6mm is sent from the coal preparation section to the gasifier coal hopper. The coal is fed into the lower part of the fluidized bed of the composite gasifier through the screw feeder at the bottom of the coal hopper. Air or oxygen is preheated and mixed with low-pressure superheated steam as the gasification agent and fluidization medium. It enters the gasification furnace from the air distribution plate at the bottom of the fluidized bed and enters the furnace for combustion and gasification reaction at 1000ºC. CO, H2, CO2, etc., high-temperature solid particles are classified and separated at the top of the gasifier through a horizontal fast separator, and large and medium particles are recycled back to the bottom of the gasifier through a return device for combustion and gasification reaction. The fine-particle carbon-containing fly ash enters the entrained bed at the lower part of the composite gasifier, where it undergoes high-temperature slag gasification at a temperature of 1300 ºC ~ 1500 ºC, and the molten liquid slag returns to the bottom of the gasifier to exchange heat with the fluidized material It is cooled and solidified, and the phase change heat of the liquid slag is recovered to provide part of the heat for the coal gasification reaction. The solid slag is finally discharged from the bottom of the furnace, and is sent to the slag field after heat exchange and cooling. The gas is sent to the gas tank after waste heat recovery, dust removal and other purification treatments to supply gas for the next section.
