(1) Raw material pretreatment
After being crushed by the pulverizer, the biomass raw materials enter the drying and lifting device, and the biomass particles are dried and upgraded using low-temperature flue gas at about 120°C to remove moisture.
(2) Pyrolysis and gasification reaction
The dried biomass particles enter the intermediate silo, and are fed into the lower part of the gasification furnace through a screw feeder, and are quickly mixed with the circulating heat carrier and high-temperature fuel gas to perform high-temperature hydrogen pyrolysis reaction to generate high-calorific value gas. The tar is completely cracked in this process, mainly producing small molecular gas. The high-temperature materials are circulated back to the bottom of the furnace and undergo combustion and gasification reactions with air and low-pressure steam at a high temperature of about 900°C to generate CO, H2, CO2, etc.
(3) Gas purification
The gas at the outlet of the gasifier is returned to the bottom of the fluidized bed as the raw material for gasification through the semi-coke and carrier through the first and second horizontal gas-solid high-efficiency separation of the gas and solid; the fine powder separated by the three-stage separator is sent as silicon potash fertilizer . After dust removal, the gas enters the waste heat boiler to recover heat, and then is purified by a two-stage moving bed, cooled and sent to the power generation system.
(4) Gas power generation
The purified gas directly enters the internal combustion engine for power generation; it can also be compressed and boosted and then enters the gas turbine for power generation. The waste heat recovery steam enters the steam turbine for power generation, which improves the overall power generation efficiency.

The daily biomass processing capacity can be combined into various scales from 100 tons to more than 1,000 tons, and various comprehensive biomass treatment plants can be built. .
(5) The gasification intensity is large, the single furnace processing capacity is large, the fixed investment is greatly reduced; the operation is simple, the startup and shutdown are convenient, and the continuous production.
