4. what are the advantages of horizontal high temperature air preheater ?
(1)Due to the horizontal installation, the flue gas inlet box is no longer made into a tall and heavy part because of the role of the equipment base and the rectifying flue gas, but only serves as the gap between the reactor and the air preheater. A transfer function, so it can be made into the structural form of the stay section of the reaction furnace and the length is reduced, which greatly reduces the manufacturing cost of the flue gas inlet box.
(2)The external steel frame used by the vertical air preheater is reduced, the material and processing costs for making the steel frame are subtracted, and the load-bearing load of the foundation due to the weight of the equipment and the wind load caused by the excessively high equipment are also reduced.

(4)Due to the horizontal installation and use, the tube sheet and cylinder do not fully bear the gravity caused by the equipment's own weight, which greatly reduces the strength of the material. Therefore, the thickness of the material can be appropriately reduced, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the equipment.
