In the same vertical reactor, the device utilizes the longitudinal temperature gradient of the multi-temperature zone in the reactor and the velocity gradient, temperature gradient, concentration gradient, and particle size gradient of each cross-section gas-solid phase in the reactor. The cross-section multi-gradient environment enables the fuel, high-temperature flue gas, and the treated material to undergo intense heat transfer, mass transfer, and chemical reaction processes.

On the basis of efficient fuel combustion-gasification, a controllable high-temperature environment is created, and while the hazardous waste is melted at high temperature, the production of pollutants is suppressed and minimized in the reactor to achieve flue gas compliance emission. Slag is productized in two ways:

(1) Harmless water quenched slag is obtained by water quenching (rapid cooling of cooling water) as cement admixture;

(2) The slag is passed through a high-speed centrifuge to prepare inorganic material fiber products;

(3) The slag is produced by die casting and heat treatment to produce artificial stones such as artificial granite.

In addition, if the hazardous waste-solid waste contains an appropriate amount of valuable elements, such as iron, chromium, nickel, etc., it can also be reduced and recovered in the reactor. To achieve the purpose of "eating dry and squeezing clean" resources and energy.
