Product Process

The qualified coal for gasification is transported by electric hoist and hanging bucket to the coal bunker of the two-stage gas generating furnace, and then added to the furnace by an automatic stoker, and the coal is heated by the gas from the gasification stage and dry distillation. The semi-coke after dry distillation is moved down to the gasification section to react with the gasification agent to generate coal gas (the gasification agent is composed of air and steam). The gas generated in the gasification section is divided into two parts: one part is discharged from the gas outlet of the lower section of the two-stage furnace, and the other part is mixed with dry distillation gas upward and discharged from the gas outlet of the upper section. The gas from the outlet of the lower section enters the cyclone dust collector, wet disc valve, and ash hopper and then enters the hot gas main pipe. The gas from the outlet of the upper section first enters the electric tar catcher to remove the tar, and then enters the gas main pipe to mix with the gas in the lower section. The mixed gas is sent to each gas point through the hot gas pipeline.
