Clean coal gas production process 
Though the coal conveying system, 0-12 mm pulverized coal fuel was transferred to the furnace center to react with the high temperature (550ºC-650ºC) preheat gasification agent (air, air+water vapor and oxygen enrichment, etc.) generating CO, H2, and a small amount of CH4. Gasification agent can choose freely. The unreacted fuel was returned to the furnace through the regenerator for high rate cycle reaction. The coal gas is cooled to about 700ºCafter the air preheater, and then kept cool to around 220ºC by the waste heat boiler. Then it enters the desulfurization system after being cooled and dusted by the cyclone separator, cooler and bag filter. Finally, clean gas is pressured to the gas supply point.
Hot coal gas production process:


According to the needs of the process, hot gas is produced; after the gas at 950 ° C is separated from the solid by the cyclone, the high-temperature semi-coke of fine particles continues to return to the furnace through the regenerator to participate in the reaction. The gas is cooled to about 700 ° C through the air preheater. After that, the dust is removed by the secondary cyclone and then supplied to the user. According to the different needs of users for gas, 600 ° C-700 ° C hot gas and 35 ° C clean gas can be provided.
