Production Process

(1) Raw material pretreatment

The biomass raw material is crushed by the pulverizer and then enters the drying and lifting device, and the biomass particles are dried and lifted by the low-temperature flue gas of about 120 °C to remove the moisture.

(2) Pyrolysis gasification reaction

The dried biomass particles enter the intermediate silo, are fed into the middle and lower part of the gasifier through the screw feeder, and are rapidly mixed with the circulating upward heat carrier and high-temperature gas to carry out a high-temperature hydrogen pyrolysis reaction to generate high-calorific value gas. The tar is completely cracked in this process, mainly producing small molecular gas. The high-temperature material is circulated back to the bottom of the furnace, and it undergoes combustion reaction and gasification reaction with air and low-pressure steam at a high temperature of about 900 ° C to generate CO, H2, and CO2, etc.

(3) Gas purification

The semi-coke and carrier of the gas at the outlet of the gasifier are returned to the bottom of the fluidized bed through the first- and second-stage horizontal gas-solid high-efficiency separation as raw materials for gasification; the fine powder separated by the third-stage separator is sent out as silicon-potassium fertilizer. After dedusting, the gas enters the waste heat boiler to recover heat, and is then sent to the power generation system after being purified and cooled by a two-stage moving bed.

(4) Gas power generation

The purified gas directly enters the internal combustion engine for power generation; it can also be compressed and boosted into the gas turbine for power generation, and the steam recovered from the waste heat enters the steam turbine for power generation, improving the overall power generation efficiency.
