Process flow

The dehydrated feedstock oil is sent to a distillation kettle, and is heated, gasified, and condensed to produce gasoline and diesel components. After heating and vaporization, the gasoline is discharged through the top outlet of the fractionation tower, cooled by the condenser, and then enters the gasoline storage tank, and then is pumped into the gasoline storage tank with a gasoline pump. Diesel fraction is discharged from the middle outlet of the fractionation tower, cooled by the condenser, enters the diesel storage tank, and then pumped into the diesel storage tank with a diesel pump. After the fractionated diesel is processed by the oil blending tank, a clear and high-quality fuel is obtained. A small amount of combustible gas enters the waste gas processor from the intermediate tank for treatment, and enters the furnace to burn through the water seal.
