Product Information

On the basis of efficient fuel combustion and gasification, create a controllable high temperature environment, and at the same time melt harmless hazardous wastes at high temperature, inhibit the generation of pollutants and minimize the generation of pollutants in the reactor, and achieve flue gas emission up to standard. Slag is commercialized in two ways:

(1) Harmless water quenching slag is obtained by water quenching (rapid cooling of cooling water) as cement admixture;

(2) The slag passes through the high-speed centrifuge to prepare inorganic material fiber products;

(3) Slag produces artificial stones such as artificial granite through die casting and heat treatment.

In addition, if hazardous waste-solid waste contains an appropriate amount of valuable elements, such as iron, chromium, nickel, etc., it can also be reduced and recovered in the reactor.

* Hazardous waste-solid waste treatment capacity: 1.0-5.0 tons/hour (particle size: 0-1.0mm). Large particle size hazardous waste-solid waste is disposed of separately by furnace type. Furnaces over 5.0 t/h can be custom-designed.

* Fuel consumption: depending on the heat of the processed material and additives, and the size of the processing tonnage.
