This device is a vertical reactor that utilizes the longitudinal temperature gradient of the multi temperature zone in the reactor and the cross sectional multi gradient environment of the velocity gradient, temperature gradient, concentration gradient, and particle size gradient of the gas solid phase in each cross section of the reactor to enable intense heat, mass transfer, and chemical reaction processes to occur in the fuel, high-temperature flue gas, and the treated material.
On the basis of efficient fuel combustion and gasification, a controllable high-temperature environment is created, which can suppress and minimize the generation of pollutants in the reactor while innocuously melting hazardous wastes at high temperatures, and achieve standard emission of flue gas. Slag is produced through the following two ways:

(1) Obtaining harmless water quenched slag through water quenching (rapid cooling with cooling water) as a cement admixture;
(2) The slag is passed through a high-speed centrifuge to prepare inorganic material fiber products;
(3) Molten slag is used to produce artificial granite and other artificial stones through mold casting and heat treatment.
In addition, if the hazardous waste - solid waste contains an appropriate amount of valuable elements, such as iron, chromium, nickel, etc., it can also be reduced and recovered in the reactor
